ABSTRACT: Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a relatively rare, potentially fatal severe reaction of skin with reported mortality ranging from 20-70 percent 1-2. It is characterized by wide spread erythema and detachment of epidermis resembling scalding. Many cases attribute to this. We herein report a case of cotrimoxazole induced TEN.
