ABSTRACT: Grinspan's syndrome as originally described is a triad of conditions, namely essential vascular hypertension, diabetes mellitus and lichen planus of the oral mucosa 1,2. Skin lesions of lichen planus, however, may or may not be associated and the syndrome may be a drug related phenomenon 3. A case recently seen by us is being reported. |
