ABSTRACT: We report herein a patient of tuberous sc«SQ»erosis with bilateral papilloedema. Oroacral vitiligo was also present. The co-occurrence of tuberous sclerosis, bilateral papilloedema and oracular vitiligo is rare. In a year long follow-up the papilloedema persisted without affecting the vision and the visual fields of the patient. Cautious monitoring of the condition seems necessary as the disease may sometimes follow a relatively progressive course unlike that in our patient.
