A Kaur, RC Sarin ABSTRACT: In 30 vitiligo cases axon-reflex sweat secretion test with nicotine tartrate 1: 1000000 dilution and surface temperature were studied in comparison to normal adjacent skin. In 14 cases there was a decrease both in sweating and temperature and in 7 cases there was increased sweating with increase in temperature in vitiliginous area indicating an altered tone in cholinergic axon-reflex mechanism. |

SD Choudhary, S Gupta, VK Jain, KK Bhatia, A Dashore ABSTRACT: A 55 year old male having papulo-nodular and verrucous lesions distributed over the extremities and a nodule in the right breast was examined and investigated. During a follow up period of two years the skin lesions disappeared by local therapy and there was no recurrence of breast tumour after excision.
